Can anybody tell me if laelia purpurata is now sophronitis purpurata

Laelia purpurata is now a Sophronitis purpurata. Basically all Brazilian laelias moved to Sophronitis.

Thanks wellsy, that site was a great help, Thanks also to migocab for the answer, I only bought the plant 6 months ago (seedling) and it was labelled as laelia purpurata "ruby". Maybe I should let the nursery know.
